She believes that the surgery may have been done while she was hospitalized some time ago due to an accident. In the meantime, Golbahar is being introduced by a social worker to a lawyer. The lawyer believes that what Golbahar is experiencing is the result of an unofficial national plan to euthanize the homeless people in Iran to control their population. The lawyer succeeds in finding the gynecologist who may have performed this surgery, the gynecologist, however, does not confirm such an event.
