In a futuristic society, a sword-wielding roller skater fights evil ninjas, punk roller skaters and is sent on an important rescue mission

In a post-apocalyptic world where rollerblading is the chief means of travel, the evil Pharoah sends his minions outside the Wheel Zone to abduct a psychic. The psychic has been trained in the way of the samurai, but has shunned her training to become a Passive. Once abducted, her brother joins forces with others to try and rescue her, but they face many challenges from the Dark Side.

The further adventures of the lone samurai Hawk, as he continues his battle to defeat the evil Pharaoh, Saint Offender and the Black Knight. Guided by his Psychic, Hawk ultimate defeats his adversaries and brings order to the universe.

A hapless stripper is abducted by sex-slave traders but escapes completely naked and runs around in the woods before being captured again. She escapes a second time, naked again, and drives away in a Jeep, also while completely naked.

In 1991, two cutting edge filmmakers: SCOTT SHAW and DONALD G. JACKSON created a new style of filmmaking. They titled it: ZEN FILMMAKING. In Zen Filmmaking no scripts are used. On March 14, 1992, upon the completion of the first two Zen Films: THE ROLLER BLADE SEVEN and RETURN OF THE ROLLER BLADE SEVEN, the two filmmakers gave this impromptu interview on Hollywood Blvd., outside of their Hollywood, California offices. This film documents this historic interview.

This film follows One Shot Sam, played by Donald G. Jackson, who is a private investigator based in Hollywood, California. He sends for his one time partner, Lazlo Mauser, played by Conrad Brooks, who had relocated to Akron, Ohio, in order to crack a cases based in the Country Rock Music of the 1970s.
