René, a man in his late twenties, carries a secret. He is scared of his mentally unstable girlfriend Sofie. He wants to confide in his parents and in his best friend, boxing trainer Marcus, but shame and guilt keep him back. One evening, René procrastinates at the boxing club, but sooner or later he must go home to his girlfriend who is waiting for him. The story unfolds into a long night, with violence and humiliation.
