Set in a small remote Saudi Arabian village in the 90s, when artistic expression was banned, NORAH is a story about the arrival of a new teacher, formerly an artist, into the tiny community where he meets a young woman named Norah.

The story takes place in a female university where three girlfriends get together at a cafe area. the first day of a new year, so the young ladies write their dreams on colored balloons, but those dreams quickly disappear.

What does it take to forgive someone? The story takes place in the solitary corridors of a hospital where, Abu Khaled, is frantically seeking emergency surgery for his son. His problems are compounded when he discovers that the only surgeon capable of saving his sons life is not on duty. This story of sacrifice, fatherhood, hardship and of giving your all may be the only way to accept 'The Other'.
