At a party for the cast of Em's film, Doll gets a bitter taste of life as an assistant.

In the Season 1 finale, Em goes back to London to spend the holidays with her family, but she also runs into Doll, who's been working as a waitress since she didn't get the acting job she wanted. Later, Em goes to see Doll perform in "The Tempest," and hopes it will lead to reconciliation.
