Structured channels (survey, focus groups, always-open portal, public exposure, interviews/contributions). All inputs are captured with metadata and clear IP/consent.
Quantitative dashboards (Excel/Power BI) and qualitative coding (NVivo) to find patterns, trends, and themes.
Insights are routed into the editorial workflow; sprint-based review with traceable decisions.
Feedback loops back to contributors; we share bi-monthly briefs and sprint summaries.

To keep DAMA-DMBOK® 3.0 transparent, consistent, and fair, all community input follows our Community Contribution Guidelines (CCG). They explain what kinds of feedback and proposals we welcome, the structured channels to use, and how your input is processed.
The Guidelines also set out the rules on intellectual property, neutrality, confidentiality, and recognition.
By following them, you help us ensure contributions are globally relevant, vendor-neutral, and traceable throughout the editorial process. Every submission is logged, analyzed, and routed under our Feedback Management Approach. This way, contributors know how their input was considered and the community can trust the outcome.
We publish our standard protocols so you can see how input is processed and analyzed (ensuring quality and consistency across activities).
