This was…fine. I enjoyed the Norse mythology elements and thought the action-packed ending was easily the strongest part of the book, but overall it wasn’t a fantasy romance I see myself rereading or thinking about much after finishing. The plot was interesting, with gods not dead but sleeping in mortal bodies, and a FMC raised as her father’s weapon and sent to Endir University to steal Mjolnir or risk everyone she loves paying the price. There was a lot happening at times and the cheesy banter and humor didn’t quite work for me. I’m also not a fan of modern, current day elements mixed into fantasy. I was entertained by the lore, but I wouldn’t say I was fully emotionally invested in this story.
