The Violin Conspiracy

I thoroughly enjoyed this mystery and found it hard to put down. The characters were compelling (except Ray's mom, she was just awful and uninteresting), and the life of a musician was fascinating. The racism was infuriating while also not surprising. I saw some parts of the conclusion coming a long way off, but missed other parts entirely. Great tale.
