i’ve read all the previous books in the boys of tommen and loved each and every one of them. joey and aoife have my heart. they are so special and their love for each other is everything. i’m so obsessed with the relationship they have.

It’s getting him to love himself that’s the hard part
this was heartbreaking to read, joey does everything for his family and puts everyone’s needs above his own. he cared so so much for his siblings and aoife that he didn’t take care of himself. his addiction was so bad and he didn’t think he was capable of being loved by himself or anyone else.
