Biovmr I agree it's sad he didn't see the 21st Century, BUT, his work is immortal. Had he lived another 20 years, we would have another bookshelf of fiction and non-fiction to enjoy, but what he provided us is so valuable, so enjoyable, that at least for me, he is as alive as ever. I've watched all available videos on him and as a result, I find it easy to hear his voice when reading his essays, books, etc. That is priceless to me.
