    The Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition is free for all existing owners of Metro Exodus on PC, but the upgrade is so extensive, it can not be delivered as a patch - instead, it is available as a separate entitlement. Upgrades include DLSS 2.0 Inclusion, Ray Traced Emissive Lighting used throughout, FOV slider, increased framerates and display resolutions. A Ray Tracing capable GPU is the minimum spec for this beast, and you can upgrade right now for free if you own Metro Exodus.

    The year is 2036.

    Metro Exodus - The Two Colonels

    Just below the surface, under the dead city of Novosibirsk, Colonel Khlebnikov makes his way home to his son, Kirill, for New Years Eve. 
     
    But all is not well with the people here: the slime is further consuming the tunnels, mutant attacks appear to be on the rise and the precious ‘green stuff’ that protects the people from radiation poisoning is running low. In order to secure the survival of any of the people, those in charge may need to take drastic measures… 
     
    Following the journey and experiences of Khlebnikov during the last days of life in Novosibirsk, retraced by Colonel Miller a year later, players can expect the classic story-driven gameplay of the Metro series in this new linear chapter, complete with a brand new weapon, the deadly flame-thrower, claustrophobic environments, and the all-too-familiar hair-raising tension.

    Metro Exodus - Sam's Story

    Sam, a US marine at the Moscow embassy before the bombs were dropped, has long dreamed of returning to his homeland, and maybe finding his family alive. The prospect seemed impossible in the darkened tunnels of the Metro, but when the Spartans discovered that Moscow was not the only city left alive after the war, holding out hope didn’t feel so foolish anymore.

    Sam makes his way away from the Aurora in search of a way back to the USA, arriving at the remains of Vladivostok’s tsunami ravaged harbours, ruined industrial buildings, and crumbling residential districts. To complete his journey, Sam will discover that he needs every tactic he has learned so far to survive, as his surroundings prove to be far trickier than expected.

    Players will forge Sam's path through the sandbox survival landscape of Vladivostok, as they take a brand new journey across the wasteland of post-apocalyptic Russia.

    Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition is, simply put, the best way to experience the game. The hardware requirements are steep, but if you’re lucky enough to have a ray-tracing enabled graphics card, there’s no reason to play the original release instead of this version.

    Finally DRM free. Thanks GOG.com. Publishers have to learn that it's not about the price but rather the rights a costumer has over the products (s)he buys. Hope to se the next one on GOG.com Day 1.

    Fantastic Game - Best of the Series

    Metro Exodus does what other FPS's have tried and fail to do, create an immersive and dangerous semi-open world that requires intelligence and strategy to progress. Having played through all of the excellent Metro games, I can safely say that this is my favorite. Highly recommended!

    Great to see Exodus finally back on GOG again after all that EGS exclusive stuff Great looking game, and very fun to play, if you're a fan of previous Metro games you'll love it, it's the best one in the series yet

    Awesome game, finally drm free

    Terrific game, i was pleasantly surprised to see this on gog considering not too long ago they doubted it would be on gog in the near soon future, 3 months later here we are. The game runs very well, but if you run into crashes try to disable the gog overlay if you run the client, i believe it has dx12 issues.

    Save file ruining bug never patched.

    After 18 hours of playing, the Use button stopped working. I can't progress in the game anymore. All my saves are ruined. This is a widely reported bug on the Internet that the developers never bothered fixing. Avoid. P.S. Thanks GOG for the 30 day money back guarantee!
