Based in Buffalo, New York, Phil Puccia, also known as OTTAVIO is a live techno musician and producer specializing in melodic, deep, acid, and electro sounds. There is no denying the ability and diversity he has to offer. He has spent years, and countless hours locked in his studio with his MPC, Moog’s, and an array of other hardware synthesizers, drum machines and processors, honing in on his skills and developing a deep knowledge for his craft, emphasizing live performance.
