Amps

Amps is a Japanese DJ and composer. His music roots are the Yacht Rock and Jazz his father listened to when he was young and the traditional festival music of his hometown. Later, in his youth, he developed a love for Trip Hop and Drum'n Bass. He began his DJ career in 2008 and debuted as a producer in 2014 on the Japanese label TREKKIE TRAX. After 2022, he started producing tech-house with strong elements of his roots in jazz and tribal music. His music has been supported by Skream, Blackchild (ITA), Flight Facilities, Classmatic, Hito, YOUniverse(ITA), Daniel Orpi, And Hazel and more. He is steadily gaining recognition as an artist in the Tech House scene.
