Toko is a house music DJ and producer. He began scratching on the legendary Technics MKII turntables in 2006, inspired by DJ heroes such as A-Trak, DJ Mehdi, and DJ Premier. Spending his free time in record stores, he was introduced to house and techno music for the first time, which led him to discover the world of clubs and electronic music DJing. Toko, in turn, wanted to convey the emotions he felt in these new worlds through his own productions. His first track, "Let Me Dig", released in 2011 on the renowned Toolroom label, was an instant hit with the public and was widely acclaimed by DJs such as Umek, Solomun, Traumer, and more.
