Mike Spector, AKA Michael Sommerville, is a & Jazz trained Musician who branched out into Electronic Music back in the late 90’s, while studying Saxophone Performance in Montreal, Canada. It wasn’t long until Michael was a regular fixture in Montréal’s epic Deep House Music scene, securing popular Resident DJ Gigs and playing regularly throughout the City. Currently residing in Toronto, Michael began his career as a Producer with his debut release “Moods E.P.”, released on “Circles Digital Recordings”. Building on the success of his first EP, Michael is now the owner/operator of Beech Recordings & Publishing. Beech hit the ‘shelves’ at #6 on Beatport’s Top 10 Minimal/Deep Tech Releases, featuring 4 Tracks written, recorded, and produced himself.
