ZBit’s roots stemmed from the underground house music scene in Edmonton, Alberta during the early-mid 2000’s. After attending his first Shambhala Music Festival in 2007 his life was changed and he knew he wanted to become a DJ and play to that crowd one day. The next week he purchased a set of Technics vinyl turntables as well as a pair of Pioneer CDJ 800’s. ZBit shaped his custom electro house sound from the tail end of the Ministry of Sound vinyl era and it still shows to this day in his production. After performing at most of the clubs in E-Town and playing direct support for some of his favourite headliners, the up and comer decided to hit the “Dusty” trail and move to the Okanagan in British Columbia.
