RIVE

In 2018 Marco and Andrea, two friends, musicians and producers from Rome, created RIVE, a duo of Electronic music. The sound of their productions is characterized by dense and stratified sounds, where the organic rhythms and the analogical nature of synthesizers meet the passion for musical harmony and acoustic instruments. The piano becomes the basis on which they build their arrangements, inspired by the world of minimalism of Nils Frahm and Olafur Arnalds, and then create very articulate soundscapes, which refer to the productions of Max Cooper and Rival Consoles. In July 2024, they signed with the German label Steyoyoke, releasing their first single “Anima”, followed by “If This Were My Dream”, their latest EP on Inner Symphony Music.
