Anizo

Materialising unbidden from the gloom of late-20th-century Sheffield, Anizo (aka Fraser Pirie) draws on the impotent rage and despair permeating the modern world in the face of societal disintegration and technological ascendancy, fusing dancefloor-smashing energy with melancholic rumination to create a sound that's as emotive as it is aggressive. After many years spent privately sharpening his production chops and honing his uniquely relentless style with a series of self-releases, Anizo kicked down the doors of the neurofunk scene in 2024 with his debut on Stonx Music: a savagely belligerent statement of intent, gaining immediate notice and support from industry legends old and new.
