When Joost & Sam met each other back in 2019, it was clear that they had one thing in common, a strong passion for all things music. Together, they created bsmn (pronounced ‘’bassman’’), a project based on combining their sounds to create a progressive and melodic sound. This sound is focussed on creating a dark atmosphere with a spark of hope, combining Sam’s production skills with Joost’s songwriting and vocals. Driven to combine visual art, music & storytelling, bsmn strives to create an audiovisual phenomenon which transcends just music alone, and their recently released debut album ‘Art Nouveau’ is nothing but a testament of their amazing journey so far.
