Flexible Finance Account is a flexible line of credit where, once opened, you can reuse your line of credit to make further purchases from Apple and choose how long you want to make your repayments for.

Flexible Finance Account is provided by Creation Consumer Finance Limited, trading as Creation. Creation is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration number 311518) with registered office: 6th floor, Wellington Buildings, 2-4 Wellington Street, Belfast, BT1 6HT. Trading in your device on the Flexible Finance Account

Your trade-in value can be applied to the purchase of a qualifying new device or used to pay off your current associated plan. The actual recognised value is based on the receipt of a qualified device that matches the description provided in the estimate. If you do not return your device for trade-in within 14 days or accept a changed estimate for the trade-in value, Creation will create an additional draw-down on your Flexible Finance Account which will adjust your overall monthly payment amount to take into account full cost without trade-in value or changed trade-in value.

If you select to use your trade-in value to pay off your existing financing plan, it will be applied to your existing monthly payment plan and any remaining trade-in value will be credited to your new device (unless you are closing off an existing monthly payment plan with Barclays in which case you will be issued with an Apple Gift Card for the remaining trade-in value). If either the estimated trade-in value or a revised trade-in value is lower than your remaining balance, you’ll need to pay the remaining monthly instalments for the existing financing plan.
◊◊ Trade‑in values will vary based on the condition, year and configuration of your eligible trade‑in device. Not all devices are eligible for credit. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to trade in for credit or for an Apple Gift Card. Trade‑in value may be applied towards a qualifying new device purchase or added to an Apple Gift Card. Actual value awarded is based on receipt of a qualifying device matching the description provided when the estimate was made. In‑store trade‑in requires presentation of a valid photo ID. Offer may not be available in all stores, and may vary between in‑store and online trade‑in.
