BACKROAD MOTORCYCLE ADVENTURES
Our Story

Backroad Motorcycle Adventures was founded by a couple of passionate motorcycle enthusiasts who wanted to share their love for exploration and the open road. With decades of experience riding, racing and mentoring young riders, we are confident in providing unparalleled knowledge and top-notch service to our clients. Since our beginnings, we've been committed to providing riders with professional, adventure bike trainings and exciting tours through some of Northern California's most breathtaking landscapes.

Whether you're a beginning or experienced rider, BMA can help improve your skills and confidence with your off road riding. With decades of experience, we offer personalized training and guidance to help you make the most of your riding experience.

Our experienced guides know the hidden gems, the perfect scenic routes, and all of the local spots that make each tour special. We combine the freedom of motorcycle travel with professional guidance to create tours that cater to riders of all experience levels.

What sets us apart from others is our approach to our trainings and tours. Riding motorcycles is about exploration and adventure, but more importantly about sharing your passion with other like minded individuals. It's all about camaraderie built on shared experiences. No one is too inexperienced or too advanced to ride with us. We accomodate everyone who has a passion for motorcycles and a desire to learn and grow through the experience.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for BMA tours and ADV training classes may be made in full at the time of registration (credit card or debit card), if for any reason payment is not made in full you may choose to pay the remaining balance via Venmo, Zelle, or cash on the morning of the event.

Tours and Training:
If you cancel a BMA tour or training class and provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the event, your payments may be applied toward a future BMA tour or training class of equal or greater value.

If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, 50% of your fee is forfeited; however, the remaining balance paid may be applied toward a future BMA tour or training class of equal or greater value.

All cancellation credits must be used within the same calendar year.

Cancellation Due to Rain or Natural Disaster

Rain is part of the adventure, and we ride and train accordingly. There are times when you may ride or train in the rain, and times when you may not. If the forecast calls for showers or light rain during a tour or training class, the event will proceed as scheduled.

While we rarely postpone a tour or training class, BMA reserves the right to do so when necessary due to hazardous weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

If a tour or training class is postponed, you will receive a “raincheck” that allows you to apply your payment toward the rescheduled event. BMA is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred. Refunds are not issued.

BMA also reserves the right to modify routes due to weather or unsafe riding conditions to ensure the best possible experience.
