Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This policy governs use of the Wippy platform, services, and related technologies by Spiral Scout LLC. Users must comply by agreeing to these terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, additional fees, or legal action.

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1. Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activities

• Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities including money laundering, phishing, or identity theft
• Violate data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, or industry-specific compliance requirements
• Facilitate spamming, unauthorized advertising, or mass messaging without explicit permission

2.2. Abuse of AI-Generated Content

• Generate fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, violent, or misleading content
• Rely on AI outputs without human review for critical decisions in legal, financial, or medical applications
• Hold Spiral Scout or Wippy liable for errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content

2.3. Security Violations

• Hack, disrupt, bypass, or interfere with Wippy's infrastructure, security, authentication, or third-party integrations
• Introduce malware, automated bots, API scrapers, or malicious software
• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized access

2.4. Misuse of API and System Resources

• Use APIs or automation features causing excessive load or disrupting operations
• Resell or redistribute Wippy's APIs without explicit written approval
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy proprietary models, tools, or frameworks

2.5. Use in Automated Deployment Platforms

Production use of generated workflows is permitted for commercial purposes. However, users may not provide automated deployment platforms or cloud hosting services that enable third parties to automatically deploy, host, or manage instances. Internal use, personal projects, non-commercial hosting, and manual deployments are exempt.

3. Data Privacy and Compliance

• Users bear sole responsibility for all uploaded, stored, or processed data
• Sensitive data requires encryption, anonymization, or protection per applicable laws
• Regulated industry use requires compliance verification and appropriate disclaimers

4. Resale and Whitelabeling

Resale or white-labeling inquiries require contacting support@wippy.ai. Unauthorized resale, sublicensing, or redistribution may trigger account termination and additional licensing fees.

5. Enforcement and Violations

Wippy may investigate violations and:

• Issue warnings or request corrective actions
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Charge additional fees for excessive usage or abuse
• Pursue legal action when necessary

6. Changes to This Policy

Wippy reserves the right to update this policy. Material changes are communicated via email or website posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revisions.
