A Pterosaur Digimon with large, membranous wings. Possessing remarkable flight capabilities, Rhamphomon is able to seize even Digimon that are bigger than itself with both its feet while flying. It soars from the ground to the skies in one swoop, and spends most of the day in the air, circling around riding air currents. If it spots prey as it circles around, it will fold its wings, perform a nosedive, and swoop down on them. When it brings down its prey, it stuns them with its "Crystal Cannon", in which it fires an ultrahigh-speed crystal cannonball from its mouth, or its "Hammer Strike", in which it swings the crystal on the tip of its tail to strike them. After that, it finishes them off by slamming them into the ground with its "No Hope Fall", where it seizes stunned prey with both its feet, soars, and then throws them down from high in the sky. Depending on the individual, there are some that use a derivative technique called "Crystal Rain", wherein it fires its Crystal Cannon twice in a row, causing the crystal cannonballs to collide in mid-flight and shatter, turning them into pellets.

被膜状の大きな翼をもつ翼竜型デジモン。優れた飛翔能力を持ち、ランフォモンよりも大きな体を持つデジモンでも両足でつかんで飛行することが可能である。地上から一気に上空まで飛翔し、気流に乗って旋回することで1日の大半を空中で過ごしている。旋回中に獲物を見つけると翼をたたんで急降下し、一気に襲い掛かる。獲物をしとめる際は、口から水晶の超高速砲弾を放つ『クリスタルキャノン』か尻尾の先端についている水晶を振り回して殴打する『ハンマーストライク』で昏倒させる。その後昏倒した獲物を両足でつかんで飛翔し上空から投げ落とす『ノーホープフォール』で地面に叩きつけてとどめを刺す。個体によっては『クリスタルキャノン』を2回連続で発射し、飛翔中の水晶砲弾同士をぶつけて砕くことで散弾化する『クリスタルレイン』という派生技を使うものがいる。
