Senior Blockchain Engineer

To whom it may concern,
My name is Vladislav Vasilev, I am an experienced and highly educated software engineer. My experience mostly comes from DeFi activities, I was working in such products like Neutron, Drop (a.k.a daughter company of Lido) and MaxBTC.

During my work in each of these companies I was working
closely with teams from several products like Astroport, Osmosis, Initia, DYDX and Jupiter Perpetuals.

- In Neutron we built a successful blockchain from scratch using cosmos-sdk
- In Drop we built the biggest liquid staking protocol by TVL in the ecosystem and deployed it on Neutron
- In MaxBTC we built a protocol for the yield on BTC liquidity, where I have researched a fee model of Jupiter Perpetuals and found out how to enter/exit JLP positions with the lowest fees possible

In short, I am experienced developer in CosmWasm, MoveVm and Solana Anchor. However there is also another part of my experience that comes from low-level development.
There I was building routers and corporate VPN solutions. Our team, that I worked with, both in Factor and in InfoTeCS was one of the best and even performed on RuCrypto conference

- In Factor we built a production-grade router for securitization purposes. There I learnt how to
conduct reverse engineering using open-source solutions, learned about the stack for performance bottlenecks detection (e.g. flamegraph and dtrace. Basically my mentor just gave me Brendon Greggs book for that). Also there I got familiar with the kernel stack, what DPDK is and a few other kernel-bypass solutions
- In InfoTeCS we built a special software that works like a regular VPN, but smarter. It basically runs on a separate machine and can take look at every packet that comes from or inside the network. Using AI and some algorithms it can prevent the leak of sensitive data in the outer world

In addition to everything above, I can speak Russian, English and some decent German. All my experience lies on working in multilingual and multinational teams and I value the equal opportunities for all the employees and team-members. Thank you for reviewing my application, I hope to talk to you soon in person in case if I interested you
Best regards,
Vladislav Vasilev

Experience

Software Engineer
Hadron Labs
2024 - 2025
Technically it is the same entity as Structured, just listed separately because we were building a different product – Drop. It is the leading liquid staking protocol in Cosmos ecosystem with the highest TVL.
C++ Software Engineer
InfoTeCS JSC
2022 - 2023
I was a part of the team that was building VipNet software - a corporate VPN that can analyze the traffic and based on our algorithms spot the malicious devices in the local network and prevent the flaw of the corporate data.
C++ Software Engineer
FactorTS
2021 - 2022
We were building a next-generation router & routing system called Dionis DPS. This product was intended not only to be the main competitor on the market but also the part that can be maintained and embedded into the pre-existing infrastructure.
