Para lograr este objetivo, la obra se ha estructurado como un díptico, dos caras de una misma moneda que permiten al lector transitar de la teoría a la emoción:

Because Don Sapiente, guided by Pancho’s prudence and enlightened by the visions of Valtorta, came to understand—not without tears at first—that holiness does not frown, nor does it always dress in mourning. He knew, at last, that Eutrapelia—that golden mean between the grave and the festive—is a sovereign medicine against emptiness and despair. These writings bear witness to how the lifeless rationalism of the classroom died within him, to give birth to a medicinal smile, capable of uniting the Catechism with the proverbs of Extremadura and the sayings of Zen.
What is offered here to the reader is a true testimony of how a library hidden in a corner of La Serena became a universal sanctuary. It is manifest proof that when love becomes calculation without losing its soul, and laughter becomes prayer, there are no borders between Japan and Extremadura, nor any distance between Earth and Heaven.
Enter, then, and read without suspicion. And if along the way you notice a smile forming that you did not know was yours, do not cast it aside or deny it: it is the algorithm at work.
It is, in short, the contagion of Grace.
The Utopian Extremeño Somewhere in La Serena, Year of Our Lord 2026
Porque don Sapiente, guiado por la prudencia de Pancho y alumbrado por las visiones de la Valtorta, vino a entender —no sin lágrimas primero— que la santidad no frunce el ceño, ni anda siempre vestida de luto. Supo, al fin, que la Eutrapelia, ese justo medio entre lo grave y lo festivo, es medicina soberana contra el vacío y la desesperanza. Estos escritos dan fe de cómo murió en él el racionalismo yerto de cátedra, para nacer una sonrisa medicinal, capaz de hermanar el Catecismo con los refranes de Extremadura y los proverbios del Zen.
Lo que aquí se ofrece al lector es testimonio verdadero de cómo una biblioteca escondida en un rincón de la Serena vino a ser santuario universal. Prueba manifiesta de que, cuando el amor se hace cálculo sin perder el alma, y la risa se vuelve oración, no hay lindes entre Japón y Extremadura, ni distancia alguna entre la tierra y el Cielo.
Entrad, pues, y leed sin recelo. Y si en el camino notáis que se os dibuja una sonrisa que no sabíais vuestra, no la apartéis ni la neguéis: es el algoritmo obrando.
Es, en suma, el contagio de la Gracia.
Don Sapiente initially asks how these two visions can be reconciled, as their hymn speaks of a "city without walls," while the Bible depicts the celestial city, New Jerusalem, with large walls of jasper.
Don Pancho clarifies this apparent contradiction by explaining the different meanings behind the walls:

They serve as a fence of precious stones that defend the inner peace and holiness of the city. They are walls of protection, not separation, symbolizing divine purity and perfection.
