We were actually surprised by the warm welcome and personalized service at Westin. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbles and given a mini tour of the hotel. The room was upgraded, and we received a special birthday package with personalized desserts and a thoughtful birthday card. The French toast at breakfast was the best I've ever had. The spa treatment was relaxing. The hotel is also committed to sustainability, which we appreciated.

Staying at this hotel was an extraordinary experience. From the very warm welcome to the luxurious and comfortable room, everything was top, notch. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and indoor swimming pool, made our stay truly special. the service was first, class, with attentive and accommodating staff at every turn. the restaurant's menu was diverse and the food was cooked to perfection.
The only minor issue we faced was the lack of entertainment at the hotel. While there were plenty of things to do in the surrounding area, there wasn't any live entertainment available on, site.
