what pmo the most is when stans defend this by saying "but kids watch things their not supposed to, its up for the parents to monitor what their kids look at"
im not gonna lie...that is true. i secretly watched rick & morty when i was 12 and believe it or not, hazbin hotel was one of my hyperfixiations back in 2020 when i was 13. we all watch things we're not supposed to, dont act like we all didnt try to watch family guy or south park growing up.
why yes, i believe parents should monitor what their kids look at, when your a creator who makes shows, FOR ADULTS and you know damn well that your fandom is made up of a bunch of younger fans and you dont do anything about it, it honestly makes me question your intentions.
vivziepop is so aware of who her fandom is. kids and teenagers can get extremely defensive of any form of criticism and as we're all aware, the hellaverse fandom is known for being extremely brutal and hostile, because those people are kids.
and as we're also aware, viv cant handle critcism and will block and lash out at anybody who even questions her. kids will think "ew blame the haters" and then defend her like a rabid dog.
so what am i trying to say?
vivziepop is FULLY AWARE her fandom is made up of a bunch of kids cause she knows their gonna defend her no matter what.
why yes, while parents shouldnt be bringing their kids to these cons, viv herself needs to be more responsible as well.
maybe im looking too deep into this but i guarantee viv wont do much because as long as she's defended, she's good.
