We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very good too make us feel welcome and special. They even left birthday messages and a complimentary cake for my husband! The bathroom was fantastic, with two shower heads that can be used independently. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with excellent transportation links. Despite being close to the main strip, it was surprisingly quiet, nice for a peaceful and private stay.

The room at The Franklin was fine, with beautiful decor and a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of options to start the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Harrods and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with ticket bookings and taxis. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides luxurious and exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a high-quality service that exceeded my expectations. the massage and beauty treatment were exceptional and helped me relax in the beautiful treatment room. the leisure and TV room was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to unwind in a private and exclusive environment.

There was a minor issue with the lighting in the room, which was a bit dark. Thus, some more lighting in the ceiling would be great, which will make the room more attractive.

The room had large windows overlooking a beautiful garden, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious, with a nice mix of options. The hotel was located in a quiet street but still close to a tube station, making it easy to explore the city. This hotel offered a great overall experience.

The rooms are beautifully furnished with luxurious amenities. The staff is attentive and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The Italian-themed breakfast is delectable, offering a great start to the day.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of experienced staff during the late check-in process. These trainees lacked knowledge and caused frustration for tired guests.

From the elegant design of the spa center to the cozy bar where we enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with special diet options, this hotel definitely knows how to pamper its guests. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff providing manicure, pedicure, and facial treatments in the treatment rooms. the location advantages in the heart of Knightsbridge offered easy access to all main museums, adding a further touch of luxury to our journey.

Excellent location between Knightsbridge and the Kings Road, close to shops and restaurants. Stylish and cool interior design. Accommodating staff offered coffee while waiting for room. Received room upgrade upon arrival. Impressed by breakfast and afternoon tea. Will return soon.
