The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that all of our requests were met, making us feel welcome and cared for. the location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to Hyde Park and within walking distance of two metro stations. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily access other areas of interest.

We were disappointed with the size of the room given the price we paid. It was quite small and cramped, not providing enough space for us to comfortably move around.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this reasonably-priced hotel in central London. The peaceful location, surrounded by gardens, made it the perfect base for our busy sightseeing itinerary. Just a short stroll from Queensway tube, we were only three stops away from the bustling Bond Street, ideal for shopping and catching shows. The bed was comfortable, and the clean, compact shower and bathroom were all we needed. We also enjoyed the nice bar and the friendly staff. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

We loved the location of this place, as it was within walking distance of several tube lines and just a stone's throw away from Bayswater. The beautiful Kensington area added to the charm. The staff here were amazing, providing excellent service from the moment we booked until the moment we checked out. They even surprised us with champagne in our room for our wedding anniversary. The amenities in the rooms were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, and room service was available 24 hours a day. Additionally, the leisure facilities, such as the sauna and jacuzzi, were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

As a leisure traveler, I stayed at The Caesar for 3 nights. The location was perfect, with Hyde Park and public transportation options nearby. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The room and facilities were clean, and I appreciated the floorboards for better hygiene. The beds were comfortable, towels fluffy, and the window provided a lovely view of the pretty street. Breakfast, though pricey, was delicious and the breakfast staff, especially Magdalena, was friendly and attentive. The overall experience was professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the size of the single room. It was quite small, particularly who are on the taller or larger side.

Nothing that I didn't like.

You can easily travel around the city by staying in this hotel as it is conveniently located near the train station. The quiet residential location near Paddington Station is a plus. You can relax in the smoking area right in front of the hotel.

The hotel lacks some local bars and pubs, which can be a downside for some visitors.
