Hoping you all have a safe and happy holiday season.

I've finally gotten all the pictures off my camera.  There are first snow, Christmas Tree and of course opening presents.  I'll post a few so I don't overload you with all these pictures.

I'm a little late getting these posted.  So here are the twins playing with their Christmas presents.


They enjoyed their tents a lot.  They are small enough to sit in the front room without cluttering it up.  They also got a air hockey game and a pool table.  Which Luke is playing with mommy, Luke cheats though.  lol

Heather over at Books and Quilts hosts Needlework Tuesday, but she's having a Christmas Party this week.  So Thought I'd join in.  Although I don't have any new pictures of Christmas, I thought I'd share some of my Christmas past photos.
This is the twins first Christmas, 2010.

One year I made all my sisters and nieces hats and scarves.  This is all of us together.
Of course you need a Christmas Tree.  This picture is kind of battered, but still salvageable.  It's from 1976.

The kids got new crayons, scissors, glue and rulers for Christmas.  Trying to get them ready for school this fall.  That's one of the requirements for Kindergarten.  They have to know how to cut and glue.  So they got a little school bag with all of that stuff in it.  Bella sat down and started coloring, but Bub went for the blocks.  Pay attention to the second picture.  You'll see what Bub was doing while we were all occupied with Christmas presents.   Notice the purple bottle sitting by the blocks.

Bub's really inquisitive, he wants to know how everything works.  He reminds me a lot of his father.  He was the same way when he was little, always taking things apart to see how they work.

My son got me a new camera for Christmas.  It's an Olympus SZ-15/DZ-100 and it has a 24x lenses.

The pictures are so clear.  Usually the room is black in the background.  Plus I'm getting a tr-pod later for the camera.

When the kids came downstairs Christmas morning, Bella picked up the package she wanted.  The started shaking it and saying " I know what this is".  What did she pick up?  You guess...
You can just see a lid....any ideas yet...

Christmas morning was a little on the cluttered side.  I kept picking up as the packages were unwrapped, but it seemed to go faster than I could pick up.

For Christmas, Luke got a ball, he loves playing with balls.  Once he opened the balls he didn't want to open anything else.  He was happy with the balls.
