Like the dawn breaking over the land, a tiny bit then all at once, I was not sure about this record at first, and then was nearly in tears by the end. A flood of emotion like the light of day haloing the dark mountains, then piercing night in blazing rays and drowning all in sun. Every song seemed to surpass the previous. A deep well of feeling, meaning, spirituality, yearning, of connecting to the sandy lands of Elsewhere. I will treasure this album as art sculpted from the human soul.

This one hit hard. Amidst family suffering and going on trips into the threatened wilderness for peace, this record was made for me. A shattering mountainslide of wild emotion, while also having a clearer production and maybe the most cinematic feel yet. I echo others: metal and folk gels ever more with each record. Devastating, inspiring, chilling, man those chorus vocals – be prepared to get emotional. Austin, you knock it out of the park again and I will see you when FITM returns!
