I went shopping this weekend for art supplies and decided to try a new brand of paint... so I brought it home and painted this...
Little did I know that this drab, depressing blue sample painting would be so appropriate for the mood in our home today... sadly, one of our dogs is going to be put to sleep... we've had her since my son was two...
We were only getting one puppy, but we couldn't leave her sister behind...
They have been very close all through the 11 and 1/2 years we've had them...
I only introduced them to all of you a few weeks ago... And now our precious Molly Madison will live in our hearts forever...

She will be missed!

Fifi invites you to stay at her VIRTUAL Bed & Breakfast...Come in... let's toast to a FAB weekend...Get checked in and grab one of our bicycles and head into town to look around at some GREAT shops... lots of storage... so you can do lots of shopping!While you were away... I set the table... the pianist should be here any minute...A lovely meal is prepared for you... along with yummy dessert cookies...
Your room is ready whenever you are...Cozy pink slippers for you...Tomorrow a delicious breakfast wreath will be served to you... If you'd like to attend a Sunday service... there is a lovely chapel around the corner... Or if you'd like to go horseback riding or for a sleigh ride... I will get the horses ready... hopefully we can get them away from their holiday treats...
There is also a nearby frozen lake... ice skating anyone... All that snow... feeling a little chill... how would you like some toffee coffees... I could add a little something if you like!
Aah... warm by a fire...I don't think I ever want to leave... sigh... but I guess we all must so we can go visit Beverly and all her PINK Saturday friends!

My dream came true! Someone out there is listening to moi! A surprise arrived... isn't it TRES BELLE! Yessssssssss... there is a delicious wedge missing and I MEAN delicious! Merci beaucoup! The surprise was a DELIGHTFUL TREAT!!!

School is out at noon today... and sleep in begins! I am going to take full advantage and TODAY... I am playing hooky from my blog and I'm letting my kids play hooky from school too! If I were them... I would go for the holiday party... but the older they get they don't care about those school day parties... sigh!
When I finally drag myself out of bed I will be painting my post for tomorrow... so come back tomorrow for some PINK FUN!
