The Others - Pride
Pride from The Others, published by CMON. Painted for my sister and brother-in-law for their collection of board games. The sculpture is made of a rather soft, plastic material. The treatment of this material was a bit problematic. Most of the parts fit well but there were some mistakes done during the casting process, which I did not clean up to the end. My objective was to paint it as soon as possible to the tabletop level, so I did not have time for patience. The quality of the model is surprisingly high - many interesting details. Someone more talented who had time could certainly get more out of this figure. Nevertheless, I think that it worked out pretty well for the day of work. In 80 percent I painted this with an airbrush - there was an opportunity to use my new H&S Evolution Al Plus airbrush. I am slowly mastering this tool. After switching from H&S Ultra, I see the difference mainly in time needed for cleaning / changing the paint in the reservoir. It is much more less time consuming.
For size comparison, I uploaded pictures of several 28mm figures from the Perry Miniatures Brothers. As you can see, the miniature can be easily used in universal battle systems such as Advanced Song of Blade and Heroes or Dragon Rampant.

Pride z gry The Others wydanej przez CMON. Pomalowany dla siostry I szwagra do ich kolekcji gier planszowych. Rzeźba wykonana z plastycznego materiału. Sporo nadlewek, których do końca nie oczyściłem, ale założeniem było pomalować go jak najszybciej na poziomie tabletop, więc nie miałem na to czasu ani cierpliwości. Obróbka tego materiału była trochę problematyczna. Jakość modelu zaskakująco wysoka – wiele ciekawych detali. Ktoś bardziej utalentowany i posiadający sporo czasu mógłby z tej figurki wiele wyciągnąć. Uważam, że jak na dzień roboty wyszło całkiem dobrze. W 80 procentach malowałem aerografem – była okazja wykorzystać mój gwiazdkowy prezent H&S Evolution Al Plus. Powoli opanowuję to narzędzie. Po przesiadce z H&S Ultra widzę różnicę głównie w czasie czyszczenia/zmiany farby w zbiorniczku.
Dla porównania wielkości wrzuciłem zdjęcia kilka figurek w skali 28mm od braci Perrych. Jak widać figurka pasuje do rozgrywek w uniwersalnych systemach bitewnych takich jak wykorzystywane przeze mnie Advanced Song of Blade and Heroes i Dragon Rampant.

Necromancer // Nekromanta
Figurka wydana kilka lat temu przez Reaper Miniatures w serii Bone. Tani plastyczny materiał,z którego została wyprodukowana nie ułatwiał malowania, ale jak na model za kilka złotych wyszło całkiem dobrze.
