A Perfect Mess

Can you believe how fast the weeks are going by, some kind customer informed me today that its only 104 days till Christmas!!!! now that's just wrong lol

Anyhoo its time for my pic from the challenge, I am late but I was away to the Muse concert over the weekend and I took the wrong laptop with me so couldn't post my pics

I went different this week as I normally use the main pic for my rubber stamp, this time round I used the stamp as a border down the left side :D

I finally had a play with the new Gorjuss winter collection :) They are just super sweet and for some reason I am taking to making black cards lol not very christmas themed but still lush!

We have the new lush Gorjuss Girls range in stock and its proving as popular as the first little lot, we will be running a comp where you can win a pack so watch this space but in the mean time if you want to get your hands on them sooner they are available for £1.65

I also thought I'd share some pic's of how we are getting on with the extension at the back of the shop, we have the last lot of griding on the back wall and are in the process of coming up with ideas for the middle but so far its looking great!! Unfortunately the glitter floor isn't holding up so we are looking for something else, I'm not upset as it was fun to try and has been a real talking point so we have our thinking caps on for something just as funky :D

Managed to find these super sweets from the ice-cream shop that matched the girlie's!

We took delivery of the new card designs and the uber cute button badges :) they are just adorable & as I expected flying off the shelf!!!

And seen as I haven't shared pics of the shop in a while I took a couple today in the middle of stock taking :)
We will celebrate our 2nd birthday next week which is totally amazing and went by so fast, I have met some amazing people and created some special friendships.
I still find myself now and again sitting in disbelief that I live my dream, thank you to all my lovely customers for your support and kind words through the journey at Cullen Crafts x

Its that fab time again and this week we have a great Sketch from Sem who has sadly announced that she is stepping down from the Design Team so please all show her a great send off by taking part with her great sketch!!! We are also loosing the talented Barb who is taking time out to focus on her photography business, wishing them both all the best xxx

I decided to have a play today with some of the Gorjuss charms I made the other week, I just love how cute they look in the little frames :)
I tried many way to get pics but my iPhone just ain't great lol so you'll have to trust me when I tell you its Gorjuss!!

I received a call this morning from the lovely John to tell me that we have been featured on their blog, well you could have blown me over with a feather!!! I am so touched that they thought my work was good enough to be added to their blog :)

The delivery of the new Gorjuss girl card range arrived this week and they are just as megga lush as the first lot!!! So I've been having a play, a few customers have been requesting small picture frames and this is what I came up with :) I am really chuffed, the little broach at the end was something I made for myself, a rare treat :) I had a little pic from one of the topper kits and I cute little picture charm, of course some Swarovski had to be included somewhere... tadaa!!

I took delivery of the most lushest handmade beads i have ever seen, from the very talented Laura Sparling!!! She inspired me to create some jewellery today and I came up with a use for some little picture charms I found in my stash from years ago :)

......this is what I came up with, I had planned to make a charm bracelet but when I was looking for the bits I came across the pins :) I rather like it but I think I'll change the Swarovski heart to blue to match her coat and I am sure I have a little toadstool that could be used instead of the skull, but then again I like skulls :)

I treated myself to a new cuttlebug folder & thought it would be nice with bling! and it gave me the chance to use some of the spotty spring coloured ribbons.

Its that time again and unfortunately my blog has been taken over with Gorjuss Girls lol never mind, hope to see you guys joining in this week x

I thought I'd share more of the Gorjuss Girls Decoupage cards with you :) I am not a big decoupage fan but I love pre-cut or cheating Deco as I call it!! They are just so easy to make cards with and the results well they speak for themselves. The box card kits are delayed but I'm sure they will be as great as these kits, I especially love the Toppers Kit as you can make soooooo many cards from it and the Tag Kit is great for using to tie your card and present together :)

Here Comes The Girls!!!!

They are here and they are stunning!!! These little beauties arrived in store this week and I am so in love with them its untrue :) I don't mind admitting I was a tad worried as I shelled a rather large sum of money before i asked what the RRP was, but it turns out they are fantastic value for money!! Each decoupage kit comes with two girls sheets pre cut and two sheets of fabbi paper, there are even little extras like butterflies and ladybugs for you to cut out on the packaging insert :)
The only downside to it all has been with the box card kits being out of stock but no matter these things happen and they will be delivered as soon as poss!!!
