Tutorial of Strawberry Canes is featured in the front page of Pixnet.net

I made this tutorial before house move and I don’t even have time to make an English version.

Pixnet is one base of Taiwan blogs; I choose it instead of Yahoo just because I prefer its style.

I believe this tutorial is more interesting for Asians since polymer clay is not that popular there and caning is more chic in Asia. I will continue practicing since it’s fun to challenge myself.

Okay, need to jump back to our house now; a lot of works wait for me. :D
Happy May!

Some dishes

It seems I was absent for a period of time but I am always here!:D~

In July and August, we start looking for some houses and apartments; it’s an exciting but also a tiring job. I collect a lot of information from Internet and ask for appointments with agencies. In September, I also go back to school and restart my French courses. I am surprised that I am divided into a higher-level group. I am glad with the result without doubts but that also means I get plenty of vocabularies to deal with from now on.

It’s the main reason I disappear for a while; since I have some pressure from the course in French, I concentrate on it. Even I try to do some parts of handcrafts during the weekend, I don’t have good sense to assemble them.

I am late from the original schedule but it will last till November because I am informed that we will go back to Asia for one month that also means I will be able to stop temporarily my course in Oct. I feel like playing clay as if I get the liberty. ^_^

There are a lot of techniques I want to learn; I start with the method of creating gradient colors in clay, try to arrange the cane and do the pattern. It’s difficult to make the exact shape but I like the color combination.

So, we will fly to Beijing next Thu and come back in France on 6th Nov. During the unexpected holidays, I’d continue reading your latest posts secretly. Once I do something interesting in my parents’ home, I'd also make a new post!
