The nature of cryptocurrencies and related products and the regulations around them is complex and evolving. Google Ads allows ads for certain categories of cryptocurrency-related products, but may require you to submit an application to advertise before your ads can run.
This policy is updated with additional product-specific guidelines on an ongoing basis. You’re required to do your own research on the local regulations for any location your ads target to ensure that your ads are compliant with those requirements as well as Google Ads policies.

Appeal policy decision
If you believe there’s been an error and that you haven’t violated Google Ads' policies, appeal the policy decision directly from your Google Ads account to request a review.
