at the moment I have 500+ lvl (I will not say for sure, I have not played for a long time).

well you CAN go past Lvl-96 the legit way, since one of their last bit of patches fixed this issue (i'm currently Lvl-1411 with over 2400+ hours played)

in the game there is no limit on the lvl of the character, and there is a limit to karma (999999 xp).

How the hell does this bug fix has anything to do with gems? Dude you are obviously cheated, your character is lvl101 while lvl cap on current patch is 96 ffs, and you trying to convince me its a legit drop? White gems dont even spawn higher than like lvl90 and you cant raise their lvl by crafting either.
