1. The quests are not broken - they are cheesed up to lvl 50. People get lured into the game by thinking they'll reach max lvl in a day or two. WRONG. At lvl 70 leveling up becomes hell. If you are stubborn you may get maxlvl in 2 months of everyday playing. Quests are vital for leveling up then.
2. Only first bosses are easy. If you wanted challenge you should go in for Devil's Tower. Top bosses can be killed only in parties (if you are not a legendary equipped player - they are able to solo).

All other remarks are true. The review left an impression of being shallow. Before making one vloger should have spoken to top players to check if his first impression was right.
