I wanted to give a quick couple of tips for anyone going into this game from the beginning.

• be sure to read over missable achievements before playing.
  
• Gather collectibles as you go. Be aware, there are a lot of them.
  
• Start the game on Classic difficulty. It sucks, but you get every other difficulty achievement for completion.

I cannot stress these points enough. I've made sure to outline where every achievement is as you progress through the acts, so follow along carefully to make sure you'll get everything in one playthrough!

I recommend you to finish the game on the Classic difficulty from the first time so you get the two achievements from the first time, and you do not need to repeat it again.


A Life of Crime
Completed the game on Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty



Made Man
Completed the game on Classic difficulty


Classic difficulty isn't too hard, the only part I really struggled with was the race.

Some of these Achievements you can get while playing the story mode only!, it is better to keep them in mind, so that you do not miss one of them and do not have to repeat one of the chapters to get them,If you miss one of them, you can replay the chapter in which you can get the Achievement on its own, and you don't have to replay the entire game.

These Achievement can only be obtained in the main story.


Supercharged
Won the race


In the fifth chapter, you will get this Achievement after you finish the race, the race is easy in general, but if you play on the hardest difficulty, you will have a very difficult race, but with training you will get it


Not Classy
Took Paulie to a Place of Disrepute


After obtaining the previous Achievement, you will have to deliver Paulie to his home, but do not deliver him there, deliver him to the Place in the photo below:

Heat from the Cops
Lost the cops after accruing a five star police chase


during chapter 17, 'Election Campaign' after leaving the prison you should have a 5 star wanted level (if not just keep shooting officers until you get 5 stars), after that all you have to do is lose them, and you got the achievement.

These Achievement can be obtained during the main story, but you can also get them in the free roam after completing the main story.


Lined Pockets
Paid a fine to the Lost Heaven Police Department


To unlock this achievement you need to commit a non-violent crime (such as speeding or destroying property) in front of a police officer, then get out of the car and they will give you a ticket and you'll unlock this achievement.

Not Taken In
Resisted arrest by the Lost Heaven Police Department


For this achievement you need to be wanted level 2, the easiest way I found to get there is just running someone over. When the police come to arrest you, during the animation of your arrest you'll get a chance to press the dodge button. Pressing this button will get you the achievement.

Car Enthusiast
Lockpicked 5 cars on the streets of Lost Heaven and environs


you unlock the lockpick during chapter 4, just walk around the city and use "v" to lockpick any of the cars parked on the street, do this 5 times and the achievement is yours.


That Motor can Move
Reached 50mph while driving the Bolt Ace


For this achievement, select the Bolt Ace from your garage in free roam then drive it along this route of the Giullani Bridge and you should get the achievement easily when you reach 50mph.

Stunt Rider
Performed a wheelie for 3 seconds


To get this achievement you need to hold w + space, then let go of space and hold ',' to lean back and perform a wheelie when you are driving a motorcycle, and you have to do it for 3sec


Quite the Collection
Collected 15 vehicles in the Garage



Motor Museum
Collected 30 vehicles in the Garage


You should unlock the achievement to collect 15 vehicles in the garage just through playing the main story, to get the remaining vehicles all you need to do is steal them, sitting in a vehicle for a few seconds will add it to your garage. The vehicles need to be unique to count for the total, so steal every different type at least once. (The 5 hidden vehicles count towards this total too.)

The collectibles in this game are divided into two types, some of them can be obtained while playing the story itself, and others complete the collection after you finish the game in the free roam,and it is divided into 11 achievements, anyway I will attach a video to explain where you can get all the collectible pieces
