The new scene will be there in the updated game. It doesn't stand out, but the marker is the "Two weeks later" banner. It starts up immediately after the end of any route, if you've completed three.

Okay, I installed the patch and the game solely to see the new scene as I truly did like this game and the characters..other than Rin of course. So how do you get to the new scenes as I have tried all the options twice, once after I installed the 'patch' solely to read the new dialog in a game that I once liked.
