I stopped playing this series after dealing with that lovely moment in the first game when the enemies can run and shoot at your head with 100% accuracy from a mile away. I honestly thought the franchise was just done for me. A few days ago I noticed this one sitting in my library kinda collecting dust and figured alright, whatever, I’ll give it a try.

Surprisingly it’s a lot better than the first one. That ridiculous accuracy problem is actually gone and the whole thing just feels smoother to play. The story is still pretty cliché and the multiplayer is basically dead, so don’t expect anything there, but the single player is decent enough and kept me going longer than I expected.

It’s an old game so I wasn’t expecting much anyway, but it does what it’s supposed to do and fixes the stuff that made the first one annoying. Nothing mind blowing, nothing awful, just a solid way to kill a few hours if you already own it or you find it on a really heavy discount.

Shenmue I & II pulled me in way more than I expected. The games are a bit clunky here and there, but it somehow adds to the charm. I ended up wandering around Yokosuka, wasting money on capsule toys and chatting with NPCs for no real reason, just like I used to. It gave me that early 2000s feeling I didn’t even realize I missed. If you played these on the Dreamcast or just want a nostalgia hit that actually lands, this collection still hits the spot.

A Masterpiece in the Making!

The depth and complexity of this game are mind-blowing. After sinking nearly 2,000 hours into EU4 (with every DLC), EU5 feels like a breath of fresh air. The improvements over EU4 Vanilla are massive, and the potential for this game is truly limitless. With more updates and DLCs, it’s only going to get better and leave EU4 in the dust.

So far, this feels like the result of combining Victoria, Crusader Kings, and Europa Universalis. Whether it’s a hit or miss really depends on what you’re looking for. But for me, Europa Universalis V is definitely worth it. The mechanics are solid, the quality of life improvements hit the mark, and honestly, it feels like Johan might have crafted his magnum opus here.

For years, I’ve wanted the Old World to be fully and officially represented on the map in CK. So when this DLC was announced, I was super hyped. Honestly, it felt like a dream come true.

I knew how Paradox DLCs usually go, but I thought, "It can't be THAT bad, right?"

Well, I was sorely mistaken. It’s awfuuuul.

This game totally nails that classic creepy vibe, and the story keeps things moving. There are no boring parts, which is a big plus. Managing your items and partners feels really satisfying, though I gotta say the hookshot taking up two slots and barely getting any use is annoying.

What really bums me out is no RE.net support. Come on Capcom, that feels like low effort. Stop treating your fans like that.

Still, it’s a solid survival horror experience and definitely worth your time. If you’re into the genre, don’t miss this one.

It’s House of Cards meets Michael Bay. And yes, it’s as cursed as it sounds.

This game looks like the good old Assassin's Creed games. But, as It's name suggests, it ONLY looks like them. It's by no means even close to them. It's really disappointing they didn't add much in this game. Do NOT buy at full price!!!

Great graphics, cool character designs, pretty good music and atmosphere, and varied combat styles. This game is everything a DMC game should be. Definitely worth playing.

In 2 weeks this game won't even be classified as "Futuristic" anymore, yet the price is still $60.

15 years later and this game's campaign still gives me chills. Definitely one of the best COD's ever released.
