With Overkill's new sleezy pay to win crate system I can no longer recommend this game. It's a damn shame but Overkill did this to themselves.

Original Review:
What a fantastic game. At the time of this review I have put 200 hours into it and I have enjoyed every minute of it.

The closest thing to PAYDAY 2 that I can think of is Left 4 Dead. The three major differences is that PAYDAY 2 typically doesn't involve Point A to Point B levels, almost every level can be stealthed, and your enemies are cops instead of zombies. When you are detected or thrown into a loud scenario the game will begin throwing waves of cops at you.

There is some variety among the cops. You have your normal beat cops that deal high damage but are easily killed with 1 or 2 shots. You have your armored SWAT cops that deal moderate damage but take more punishment. Then you have your 4 special cops. The Tazer is a cop... with a tazer. If you get tazed, you will be stunned and you will automatically pull the trigger on your gun. The Shield is a cop with a riot shield. Most weapons cannot penetrate the shield so teamwork or agility is required to take down a Shield. The Cloaker is a ninja cop. You do not want to let any Cloaker get close to you. Cloakers can jump on you and beat you down instantly in melee. The Bulldozer is a cop dressed in bomb disposal type body armor. Bulldozers deal insane amounts of damage and can only be effecively taken out by shooting their visor. Explosives help as well.

If you want to play Counter-Strike with Zombies try out the Zombie Mod and/or Zombie Escape servers on Counter-Strike 1.6, Counter-Strike: Source, or Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. All of these blow Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombies out of the water. The difference in quality and fun is day and night.

Seriously Valve? I can't even comprehend what I just played. How could you let a third-party defile Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike: Zombie Mod so thoroughly? I'm serious, this is very concerning.

I wanted to like this game. I really did. I gave this game numerous chances to impress, but it fell flat every time.

Planetside 2 starts out as a slaughterfest and you're in the blender. No matter what new players seem to do they are always slain by veteran players who are 50+ ranks above them. One hilarious example I have is how a veteran player with a RPG killed me at long distance. I took the initial shot: a sniper shot to center mass. The shot hit but didn't seem to even phase the opponent. A few seconds later I was an exploded mess of charred flesh and kevlar.

It must be a fantastic experience for people who have poured 100+ hours into this game. For everyone else it is a sea of disappointment and frustration. If you're willing to endure hours of failure and death this game is for you. For everyone else don't look to Planetside 2 for entertainment.

The game is broken. The game is dead. When I bought this game there were 2 major problems with this game. One problem was that it had horrible performance issues, the second problem was that the learning curve was incredibly steep for beginners. Many people ended up leaving over these two problems.

So what does UWE do? They make the game harder to play. Yeah, you heard me right. The game is now more difficult to learn for both humans and aliens.

Before UWE rebalanced the game Aliens had an ever slight advantage in win ratios of about 2%. Instead of making slight adjustments to balancing UWE threw out the entire alien movement system out the window for a far worse system. They also hit aliens up with some very significant stat nerfs. For instance the end game alien unit is missing roughly a quarter of its health.

Perhaps one of my most hated death blows to this game is the nerf of the Fade. The Fade is an assassin alien class. In the rebalance they made movement more inefficient and clumsy. They also weakened the damage done. The Fade is no longer an assassin. Now the Fade is a wheezing asthmatic who can only slap its enemies around and try to look scary with its long dull claws.

Good riddance, and DON'T BUY THIS GAME.

OLD DECEMBER REVIEW:
A nice breath of fresh air in an otherwise pungent world of multiplayer shooters. Once you're hooked on Darwinism, there's no turning back.

This game is great. The asymmetrical formula of marines vs. aliens is fantastic. Each team has its own play styles and emotions. Mechanically this game is good. Jumping is a little "sticky," but it's not bad. The only real bad thing about this game is the intensive CPU loads that it puts onto your computer. If your CPU isn't that great or 5 years old like mine you won't have perfect FPS. It's usually bearable on my CPU, at least on 20 player and less servers.

Overall this game is well worth the money. If you're not satisfied with the slew of bland multiplayer shooters today then this game is for you.

What a brilliant game. The storyline is supurb. You actually care about the characters. The execution is nearly flawless. The gameplay mechanics are unique.

Controls and the camera take a little getting used to. I had them down by the end of the first chapter.

Overall this game is great. It'll be marked down in history as a classic.

Overall a pretty fun game. I certainly got my money's worth, and I spent $15 total on this game.

I am Commander Shepard and this is my favorite game of the series.

Seriously though if you're even in the slightest bit serious about RPGs and sci-fi you will love this game. It's got a great storyline and good gameplay.

Oh, and the Mako is awesome.

There is nothing quite like Morrowind. The environment is so alien and the story is so deep that the game completely engulfs you into the world of Morrowind. Even though the game is almost 10 years old it is still unrivaled as the most enthralling RPG of all time. This is certainly a game to play before you die.

Conclusion:
Morrowind is the best RPG... in the world.

Music + Asteroids = AWESUM

Get it.
