REVIEW COMING FROM A PERSON YOUNGER THAN THE GAME ITSELF

Morrowind is a great game even by today standard.

MAIN STORY: 7.5/10. Nothing too special (probably because I spent half of the time doing side quests). They could have let the player choose sides instead of forcing the player to support with the obvious 'good' side. But then again this is game is older than myself so I got nothing to complain.
TRIBUNAL DLC STORY: 10/10. OMG I haven't seen such good writing in a DLC before lmao. I recommend this thing after you are done with the main story.
BLOODMOON DLC STORY: 6.5/10. Again nothing too special. It has lengthy quests n very bad level scaling so I dont recommend playing this DLC (I wear 2 of the supposedly "GODLY" tools of the game n the enemies can 5 hits me, n it takes me a good 20 hits to kill them). You should still play the East Empire Company questlines of course, but just not the main quests.

MUSIC: 10/10. Outstanding music as expected from an Elder Scroll game

CHARACTER: 9.5/10. Occasionally you will encounter some NPCs that are surprisingly well-written and actually have depth in their personality.

GRAPHIC: 1/10. This game is so old that the "Bethesda Softwork Studios" screen at the beginning is pixellated. But after installing about 100 mods this game sure looks much better.

WRITING: 9/10. Books and notes in this game are very interesting to read. There are conflicting information in some books just like in the real world

CONS:
1. There is almost no voice acting. you will have to read from a big textbook in the middle of the screen whenever talking to a NPC
2. There is no fast travel. SERIOUSLY if you have been spoiled by the fast travel system in most modern games, you will find it hard to play this. There are ways that you can fast travel between cities tho but you cannot travel to a specific location and they cost money. However, the world is small so it is relatively fast to travel around the map.
3. Almost every action you do in this game is luck-based. Leveling skills merely increases your chances to do something successfully.
4. The combat system is horrendous. This kind of combat system has certainly not aged well. You will be forced to fight with what your characters are good in. (For example, if you character specialise in Long Blade, you will be stuck using long blades until endgame when you have had a lot of money)
5. This game does not auto save frequently. I recommend quick-saving every 5-10 mins.
6. You will have to install mods. If you are not comfortable with that, dont even think of buying the game because you will, on way or another, have to mod it.
7. Some quests requires a big brain to play through. If you are lazy like me, just have a tab for the wiki open at all time. Whenever you encounter a problem, consult the wiki.
8. The map is terrible. You cannot zoom in or out of the map. I recommend finding an interactive map of Morrowind online so that you can navigate around easier.

TLDR: GOOD GAME. GOT PROBLEM HERE AND THERE. ENJOYMENT 10/10
