A lot of people seem to be negatively reviewing this pack and are making a common mistake, you own all of the items related to this pack and you can independently craft them in-game, some may require a Blueprint like the Hazmat but they should all be skinnable with a Repair Bench without issue.

The issue people are claiming to exist is, this is a DLC Pack for the game RUST, it is not a Rust Item Store General Pack, sometimes called "DLC". To clarify; It's not a Steam Item and it will not show up inside your inventory, both on Steam or in-game unless Facepunch changes how these items are handled.

As it stands, the last time I checked the only perceivable issue people can complain about is that this DLC may not count towards your Premium status see: https://support.facepunchstudios.com/hc/en-us/articles/25840924689693-Premium-Servers
