Only negative point is the performance in endurance mode. With 2000+ enemies on the map, the FPS drop to 1.

The game works on Linux with Proton.

As a VR sword fight demo, it's nice. But it lacks content and a story. Just fighting endless waves of enemies without reason is not fun for more than 2 hours.

Also, the game has heavy performance issues. My system has a GTX 1080, but even with low graphic settings it's sometimes unplayable when many enemies are present.

I will request a refund and wait for further updates. When it has some content, i might buy it again. For now, it's not worth 20€! (I know it's early Access, don't hate me)

This game is fun. You get better each round and level up as you get a feeling which characters work good together.

Some people argue that it is easy to learn but hard to master. That is kind of true since the basic game is pretty simple, but to be good, you need luck (RNG) and have to learn all the properties of the characters. It is like in school where you have to learn a lot of stuff for a test that is not relevant for your daily life. The knowledge of this game might even be irrelevant in the next season.

I don't want to learn random stats of the characters and rather play something more "casual" like CS:GO where i actually can just have fun without knowing the names of the weapons are etc. I consider this game a waste of time since i don't like to play competitive and rather like games where i can play cooperatively.

The graphics are good, i like the style. The mechanics feels good, but could be faster. VR support like Dota 2 has would be amazing!

Considering that this game is an early access beta, it is already very good and fun. The best part about it is that Valve actually released a new game and hopefully learn from its development to release earlier and more frequently and communicate more with the community. Can't wait to see other projects!

Ganz unabhängig ob das Spiel Spaß macht oder gute Grafik hat ist die Performance super schlecht und die Ladezeiten unerträglich!

Mit einer GTX 960 und Intel Xeon mit 4x 3,6 GHz sowie 8 GB RAM bleibt das Spiel immer wieder für bis zu 10 Sekunden hängen und hat teilweise 2 FPS. Das ist nicht spielbar!

Auf Linux hab ich es garnicht zum laufen gebracht, auf Windows läuft es nicht flüssig.

Ich würde sagen es ist ein schlechtes Spiel und selbst die 7,49€ im Sale nicht wert.

The app don't work on linux.

This is unfortunate since Valve Index is compatible with linux. But now i'm unable to check if my computers are. They should have developed it platform independent, so it also runs on linux and their own operating system, steam OS (which is a linux distribution).

It runs with Proton, but gives wrong results for operating system, GPU and USB.
