The writing is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it doesn't even deserve my acknowledgement, the controls don't even work half the time and I straight up couldn't get the game's controls to work on my Steam Deck, this game is not in fact, great on Deck.

(Update to my review! I've tested it on Steam Deck and it works quite well, no crashes, or performance issues. The track pad controls can be awkward but I've gotten used to it.)

Bought this during the Steam Horse Fest, I am not a brony, nor hang around many, but wow do I love this game. It is simply fantastic even if it's in early access, I never thought I'd enjoy it so much but here I am. I would recommend this game even at full price.

Also pretty difficult, requires attention to detail, names, remembering addresses, and thankfully, there are built in notes so it's a lot easier than you may think to document what you need to know. As someone that likes writing as well, the death letters are a fun mechanic.

In it's current state I give it a 9/10, and I'm sure in the future it'll get that extra point.

The only thing worth playing this game for is Hank and Connor, they carry it. Everything else is an afterthought at best in terms of story quality.

7/10 on how much I recommend it. All 7 of those points are due to Connor's story.

Alright, I have basically done everything this game has to offer besides lantern and flashlight mode, got all endings. And all I have to say, what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ treat this game was. The bosses are brutally difficult sometimes but the struggle is part of the experience. The main standouts for me are definitely the rotoscoped animation and the music (banger final boss theme.)

I would recommend this game to anyone that likes horror and doesn't mind dying

I mostly play the game for the tycoon stuff. I accidentally kicked my desk when I got jumpscared on the second night, still a good game though.

Even as the scum of the earth I am, an ultraliberal (DIOS MIO, A LIBERAL), don't buy the game. I may be a capitalist but I support artists and the studio was stolen from the artists that made this masterpiece in RPG form. I suspect the only reason this game isn't overwhelmingly positive is due to that fact. 10/10 game, just don't buy it.

What can I say? At the moment of my review I've completed one scenario, it was such a treat. The game oozes with horrific charm that I can't recommend more.

A classic short story, adapted into a classic point and click, worth the $10, even more worth it on sale.

I have been chewed up and spat out over and over by this game. I recommend.
