awesome game! It's definitely like 8 bit armies, but "A bit too far".
It have good upgrades, including new units, features and even plot, everything is better now!
If you didn't play previous games – you still can play, it's still gonna be fun. But if you played before, then you definitely should try, it's awesome and better experience.

The only downside: golden objective at missions evolved back – now it's always "complete bronze and silver objectives in N minutes", which is annoying. Plus, hard to find players to play against.

Anyway, it's cool game what worth it's price.

Masterpiece.
It's just like original game: with great level design, balanced enemies, puzzles... But better!
Especially combat. Weapon feels more heavy, and it does actually damage. There's no gun in game what feels weak to use even at endgame.

I definitely recommend to play it, it's awesome!

it's laggy, weird and have loud music what is impossible to turn off.
Conception is interesting, but I can't call it as something enjoyable.

It's wonderful game, one of the best I have ever played.
It was a bit weird at the beginning, but I enjoyed playing it.
It's just like previous game, but with better physics, storytelling, interactions and shooting. Oh, and of course with more epic scenes!

I played a lot of source games before: Garry's mod, Counter-Strike Source, Klaus Veen's Treason, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Portal, Day of Defeat Source... And now I finally played the source of these source games: Half-life 2... And this actually affected my walkthrough, since I wasn't surprised much by some source engine features, and movement... But I still enjoyed a lot, and many things still impressed me.

I might be wrong by saying this, but half-life games are always unique experience. Maybe not the most unique, but definitely different, compared to the most of games even nowadays.

it's pretty short, but definitely cool addon to original game. It have some new mechanics, weapon, enemies, and makes you feel resonance cascade event from HECU perspective.
Still, movement is nice, storytelling is good, and it's half-life.

awesome game! It's worth to play even after so many years.
I really enjoy this narrative storytelling, this mix of shooting, interactive puzzles and exploring... And movement! I like bhoping, even considering that I'm not professional and there's almost no place to bhop for long time.
Weapon feels good, especially revolver.

Seemed complex at the beginning (and still remains so), but it's interesting to learn. I don't remember such survival experience in any zombie game, so, I'm enjoying it a lot. The only downside for me is UI, because it's a bit weird and doesn't look united (it's still usable tho).

Highly recommend to give the game a shot for a few hours.

it have perspectives. But for now, it feels like port from consoles.

Graphics is cool, but blurry. Achievements are good, workshop is promising, optimization is... Good and bad at the same time, lol.

I just hope developers will fix issues like blurry icons, weird fonts, holding left mouse button to throw nades further (doesn't work now), manual naming saves, multiple quicksaves (instead of one quicksave, now every quicksave is separate, it's a bit annoying), main character stops moving while you right clicking on something in inventory...

Well, there are a lot of small stuff to fix. But together they are annoying.

Small note: this is enhanced edition, this is not remaster or remake. It's just same game with some improvements. And owners of original games got these for free :)
