With my hours played, I have to give a thumbs up, right?
I'd have to be a moron to play 5000 hours in a bad game, right?

So, here are the reasons not to play:
1. Bugs, bugs, bugs: There are so many bugs in the game. If you have a problem, you just restart or flush cache (you have to do this so often, they made a button just for that purpose). Most of the time the bugs are cosmetic, or won't negatively affect you after a restart/flushed cache. But, sometimes they do, though this seems rare. They have a bug site that has 473 brand new bugs reported (that have not yet been reviewed by the devs).

2. Monetization: Well, there are no ads. But you can really spend a fortune in this game. You do really feel a lot stronger when you spend, so I don't want to take that small bit away from them.

3. Poor Performance: On top of the bugs, the game just runs really poorly on every system I've ever played it on (and there have been a few!). The screen-tearing will make you do a double-take, and worse yet, it does not (and never has) respected living in its own bottle, so it affects everything while running (and visible). Web page will wiggle and vibrate if you scroll them with the game running underneath it. Spreadsheets seem to get confused and start asking which way is cardinal north, and videos...well...it will make some much more amusing!

4. Cross-Play: There isn't any. Not even between different PC storefronts. I've never understood their explanation and I never will.

On the plus side, it's highly addictive, and there is some great strategy to be found here.
