It's SCP - Containment Breach, but on Steam, so it has cool stuff like achievements and even workshop support. I was a beta tester for both this version and the Leadwerks one, and this one is miles better.

Dev's finally optimized it a bit. You'll still need to have good specs and set your graphics settings all the way down for 60-ish FPS but it's slightly better now.

Game wise, it's pretty cool.

The thought was there, it just happened to get abandoned in a pretty rough state.

Yea it's pretty cool and it doesn't make me any less poor so that's a bonus.
Do I know how to make good models after 320 hours? No not really.

A nice little game that gave me something to do for 3 hours. Probably not going to touch it again as I already 100% it but it's still cool nonetheless. Level design and atmosphere was really good. I'd say give it a go if you need something to play.

Twas a little late to the vr party but this game is still better than most other vr games. Also I hear bonelabs is ass in comparison to this game.

It has that The Forest DNA where it's more fun with with friends but it's absolutely insane how much was improved since the first Forest game.

Absolute Cinema. It's criminal how fun this is, and don't even get me started on the co-op.

Glados is the most annoying thing to listen to for such a long period of time. I'd recommend you go play the Half-Life games instead, they are way better.

So what would I consider it? SCP - Containment Breach Ultimate Edition Multiplayer Reborn, because that's what it is. Not a sequel, a mod. I'm not really a fan of the rebrand, nor the massive drop in performance I get from the new update. Sure, it's got fancy new lighting but at the cost of the hundreds of frames I used to run the game at. Hell, it's starting to stray pretty far away from Containment Breach's identity which could be a fault of Ultimate Edition itself but still wouldn't justify the title "SCP - Containment Breach 2".

I don't intend to sound harsh, but with the name SCP - Containment Breach 2 and their reason for it in the patch notes being the way they are, I can't say I like the whole ordeal. I don't think it would do any harm to revert back to it's previous title, and the new direction for the game content should still be up to them as there are plenty more options on Steam and ModDB for containment breach stuff that might fit your tastes (and hardware capabilities) better.
