An hilarious and mesmerizing experience. I never thought I could have so much fun fishing.

Mesmerizing game about fishing, dredging and management of resources, with a dose of lovecraftian horror sprinkled on top.

Wha this game is not: Roguelite

What this game is: 3D Sunless Seas with horror toned down and a more relaxed pace.

As promised, it takes Runescape's skills, collection, processing and optimizing, and deals away with all the mind-numbing grinding (and the models por everything too tbh). The best idle game you will find out there.

I wanted to like this game. I wanted to LOVE this game. And it's not bad, but I find myself hugely disappointed.

Pros:
- Intuitive game mechanics.
- Cool art.

Cons:
- Obtuse language, at least for anyone without an eastern european background. The game insists on using very specific terms in it's original language without any tooltips to help recall.
- Repetitive as hell.
- Perhaps this is more a thing with the folklore itself, but the fact that you are literally summoning demons and sending them to do stuff like cursing fields and sour milk, while the next breath you pretend to be a good person, irked me a lot.

So much nostalgia

A small and cute game with some puzzles and a light story to reflect on lose of hope and vital journeys.
Note that this is a game probably intended for children, it's way too easy for adults (some puzzles are alright tho), although I finished it anyway just because it's relaxing.

Honestly I'm baffled this game gets so much love. While I completed it and it was okay-ish, the package feels a mediocre and unremarkable as a game can possibly get.

Main complaints:
- Abbysmal AI. Birds and other animals other than bunnies literally stay still while you hit them with a club. Other enemies run in circles waiting for you to pelt them with arrows.
- Uninspired combat. Basically you only have one attack and a block button. Explosives are unsatisfying to use.
- Original but annoying inventory management.
- Terrible quickslots selection. I haven't seen a worse way to do it, probably ever. And there's only 4 of them.
- Generic and mostly empty overworld map. The game might aswell be called The Cave.
- Items and other stuff completely missable if you as much as not scour a meter of all the terrain and tunnels. Racoons, for example, exist in a single spot, at the very edge of the map, with not a single landmark near them.

All in all, I would give it a 5/10. Wouldn't pay money for it, otherwise it might scratch a survival itch.

Possibly the best and biggest game ever made.
